Life at Play is an experiment in living differently.

Too many smart, capable people built lives that look good on paper, and feel terrible in real life.

And we’ve all kind of agreed not to question it.

Until you do. Usually quietly. Usually in the middle of a normal day.

“Wait… is this it?”

THIS is where that question goes.

What this is

This isn’t self-help. God no.
No formulas. No perfect answers. No pretending we have it all figured out.

Just curiosity, experiments, and figuring it out in real time.

This is a space for: waking up from autopilot, rethinking what success actually means, and figuring out what makes life feel good again

More alive. More playful. More you.

What I do here

Each week, I share what I’m testing in real time.

Some of it works. Some of it doesn’t.
You take what fits. Ignore what doesn’t.

Think of it less like advice, more like: honest reporting from someone a few steps ahead (and still figuring it out)

What you’ll find

Most weeks, some mix of: Stories from the messy middle

Career shifts, motherhood, identity, burnout, all of it.

Experiments in alignment

Things I’m trying to make life feel lighter, not heavier.

People building life differently

Conversations with people choosing slower, more intentional paths.

Tiny resets

Small shifts that bring you back to yourself.

Where it happens

A lot of this is happening in Serenbe,  a small wellness community I live in outside Atlanta.

It’s a bit of a real-life experiment in how life could feel different.

But this isn’t about living here.

It’s about borrowing what works and applying it to your own life.

If you want to go deeper

Some people just read.

Some people want a little more structure, hand holding or space to think things through. So that’s here too.

You don’t have to live in Serenbe to live a life at play.
