You did everything right and it still feels off. I help you build a life that feels as good as it looks, without blowing the whole thing up.
And still the quiet question shows up. Wait. Is this it?
You can keep going. Most people do, for years, head down, hoping it passes. Or you can pick your head up long enough to see your life clearly, and start “playing around” and running small experiments toward whatever’s next. On your terms. On your timeline.
I know the feeling because I had it. Fifteen years in tech marketing, leading global teams and multi-million-dollar budgets, helping scale a company from $2.5M to $425M. $235k salary. Good on paper. And still that quiet off feeling. So in 2025 I left and started building a business and a life with my family, my values, and me at the front. I’m not teaching you from a mountaintop. I’m doing it right now, and reporting back.
Here’s what people actually come to me for. The truth, said plainly, from a friend who happens to be a 15-year operator. I take the big scary thing you can’t stop thinking about and break it into small pieces you can do this week. I’ve got the business brain and the 400-hour yoga training, so we talk runway and nervous system in the same breath.
And it’s fun. That’s the part nobody expects. The work is hard, we face real fears and ask real questions, but it feels like a conversation with a bold friend who pushes you, not a serious stiff sit-down. Someone once called me “seriously unserious”. That’s the whole vibe.
I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t for when you’re at rock bottom. It’s for the person who checked every box, looked up, and thought, wait, is this all there is? I’ve stood exactly there. Now I help people figure out what’s next.
Most people start with my Substack Newsletter or Instagram and go deeper when they’re ready. Here’s everything, from anywhere, and a little more if you’re near Serenbe, GA.
The easy way in. Free readers get the essay crumbs. Paid subscribers get the whole shabang, including the more honest pieces I keep off the public feed, the full archive, my quarterly life check-in you can run on yourself to find your aim again in each season, and the real money numbers behind how I’m building my own life at play and work to fund it.
For the person who looks successful on paper and feels quietly off. You already sense there’s more, you just don’t fully trust yourself to move yet, and you keep meaning to and then the day takes you.
We get you unstuck and moving, not with one terrifying leap but with small experiments you run in your real life. I take the big scary thing you can’t stop thinking about and break it into pieces you can do this week. I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t for when you’re broken. I’m the friend who walked the leap, in the boat with you, telling you the truth and pushing you a little past comfortable.
And it’s fun. That’s the part nobody expects. We do hard, honest work, and somehow you enjoy it.
Pricing starts at $2,000, and I only work with 4 people at a time. Everyone starts with a free consult to make sure we are a good fit for one another.
A Life at Play Season is a 6-week virtual live group experience designed to help you: get out of your own head, untangle what’s actually going on, see possibilities you haven’t been able to see on your own and make real moves forward. Weekly live sessions. Full Notion workbook + exercises
Four times a year, a small group of us gets together in Serenbe for a “Me Day” that’s less wellness retreat and more “oh, there I am again.” We do the deep work, the kind that usually takes months, in a single day, and you go home with real next steps and a few new people who get it.
Limited seats. This email list hears about them first.
I call these Playdates (for grown ass women). The first Friday of the month we meet up IRL at 8:30am for a walk. And sometimes an evening gathering.

Smart, capable people who are not at rock bottom. You’re still showing up, still performing, still good at your life on paper, which is exactly why the off feeling is so confusing. The people who find me are usually somewhere in here: stuck in a corporate role that started to feel like a cage, standing at a job change and unsure whether to go back or try something new, building a business and needing a brain to think with, or just wanting more and not knowing what more means yet. Mostly women, sometimes men, same quiet question.
People in real crisis who need a therapist, this isn’t that, and I’ll tell you so. People who want to be told exactly what to do and never questioned. People looking for hustle-your-way-to-a-million energy. God no. And anyone who wants to skip the honest part and jump to the pretty next chapter. We don’t skip the honest part.
The real answer is I don’t know yet, and neither do you, and that’s kind of the point. This isn’t a five-step system that promises everyone the same result. It’s a way of paying attention to your own life so you can see what’s true and start moving on it. If you’re willing to get honest and try small things, it tends to work. If you want someone to hand you the answer and never push back, I’m not your girl.
This email list. Everything opens there first.

Both. Some clients come to me for a one time day, while others work with me long term.
Yes! Your total investment can be broken down into three installments. A deposit is always required to secure your spot.
This is where I share what I’m trying, what’s working, what isn’t, and what it actually costs, so you feel a little less alone doing the same. You in?
