SnackBAR Pop-Up at Serenbe Film Showcase
SnackBAR will be serving savory and sweet bites in front of Gainey Hall during the Art Farm at Serenbe Film Showcase featuring AILEY, a celebration of movement, memory, and cultural legacy.
Guests can enjoy elevated bites and curated cocktails while gathering for the evening’s showcase. Pre-orders are welcome, especially for dietary needs, and many items can be prepared gluten-free or nut-free upon request.

Savory Bites
• Arancini — $12 (GF & Plant-Based Available)
Smoked mozzarella stuffed sun-dried tomato risotto coated in herbed Parmesan and Romano breadcrumbs, served with choice of pesto or marinara (2 per serving).
Plant-based/GF option available in limited quantities (+$2).
• Duck & Armagnac Sausage — $16
Homemade duck, pork, and Armagnac bratwurst, beer-braised then seared, served on toasted brioche with caramelized onions, truffled dijonnaise, and duck-fat matchstick fries.
• “The Adrianna” — $16
Herb-roasted organic chicken breast with sun-dried tomato pesto, asiago cheese, house bistro sauce, and arugula on grilled boudin sourdough, served with roasted beet, apple, fennel, and goat cheese salad topped with walnut dust. Can be served on greens for gluten-free option.
• Smoked Prime Ribeye Sandwich — $20
Thinly sliced smoked prime ribeye with melted provolone, caramelized onions, and horseradish cream on toasted ciabatta, served with French onion au jus and kettle chips.
Dessert Bites — $3
