Pause With Purpose Serenbe is a three-hour creative workshop for women who feel ready to step out of old roles and reconnect with their own story. Many women reach midlife and begin to sense that something is shifting. Life roles that once felt natural can start to feel limiting or outdated.
This workshop offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and explore what comes next. Instead of a lecture or therapy session, Pause With Purpose Serenbe uses guided creative exercises that help participants reconnect with their authentic voice.
What Participants Will Do
During the workshop, participants will explore three key steps.
Audit the Script
Identify roles and narratives that may no longer fit your life today.
Access the Spark
Through guided prompts and creative reflection, reconnect with your intuition and inner voice.
Claim the Next Page
Begin shaping the direction of your next chapter with intention.
What You Will Leave With
Participants will create a Story Compass, a personal reflection of the next chapter they want to begin living. This tangible tool can help guide decisions and remind you of the direction you want your story to take.
About the Facilitator
Dorothy Vollmer is a storyteller and facilitator who combines corporate consulting, professional acting, and narrative exploration. Through her workshops, she helps people reconnect with their voice and sense of agency.
