This immersive session blends guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and Meagan’s signature Sonic Journey featuring crystal quartz singing bowls, bamboo chimes, an ocean drum, and calming meditative soundscapes. This experience is designed to help you release the past year, reset your energy, and set clear intentions for 2026.

Participants will enjoy a warm blanket, an organic lavender-infused eye mask, and a cushioned yoga mat. Please arrive by 12:05 PM to settle in; doors close promptly at 12:15 PM to honor the peaceful space being created.
