Let Them Roam: Parenting in the Digital Age

Join us for the launch of Let Them Roam, a community-driven initiative focused on delaying smartphones until age 14 and social media until age 16. The event features nationally recognized digital parenting expert Sarah Gallagher Trombley (Digital Mom / Substack), who will share practical, age-specific guidance for navigating technology with children and teens.
This research-informed conversation is designed for parents at every stage—from toddlers through high school—and emphasizes collective parent action to support healthier digital boundaries.

Session 2: Parents + Teens Welcome
9:30 – 11 AM
Focus: Middle & High School Ages
Families may attend either session regardless of children’s ages.
