The Good Place Farm is a 15-acre working homestead in Chatt Hills with a beloved 24/7 honor-system farmstand stocked with Happy-Raised meats, eggs, sourdough, local goods, and seasonal treats.
Run by BreeAnne Clowdus (“Mama B”) and her three kids, the farm is home to many animals — from dairy goats and chickens to rescue farm friends — all raised with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart.

This isn’t a formal farm tour. It’s a real working homestead. You’ll pull up, grab what you need from the farmstand, pay in the box or via phone, and wave to the animals over the fence.
Sometimes you’ll catch BreeAnne strolling by or a goat saying hello. Sometimes it’s quiet. It’s all part of the charm.
