Cherry Hollow Farm wedding venue is a historic wedding and event venue in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia, just minutes from Serenbe. Carter and Laura Williamson purchased the farm in 2002. They began transforming it into a destination venue in 2010.
The property features restored barns, a distinctive white tower, and open pastureland. It also includes architectural elements collected from historic Southeastern textile mills. In addition, the team relocated an 1860s sharecropper home to the site and incorporated it into the design. This detail reflects their commitment to preservation and adaptive reuse.
Cherry Hollow Farm wedding venue offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces. Because of this flexibility, the venue hosts weddings, private parties, corporate events, film productions, photography sessions, and performances. The rural setting and timeless Southern design create a memorable atmosphere for every celebration.
Environmental stewardship remains central to the farm’s mission. Laura’s mother helped found the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Furthermore, Carter and Laura bring a combined 60 years of service with the USEPA to the vision behind Cherry Hollow Farm.
