Mother’s Day Sound Bath Serenbe is a guided music-driven sound bath and meditative journey at Soul Barn designed to support deep rest, reflection, and emotional healing.

Led by certified sound healer Meagan Myrick, this 75-minute experience blends guided meditation, breathwork, crystal singing bowls, live vibration, and curated soundscapes. The session is designed to calm the nervous system and create space for gratitude, love, and restoration.

This Mother’s Day wellness event is a beautiful way to slow down and honor the nurturing energy of motherhood. You may dedicate the experience to your mother, to a child, or to the mother you are becoming.

Mother’s Day Sound Bath Serenbe also includes thoughtful comforts provided by Meagan and Soul Barn, including a warm blanket, fresh eye mask, and extra-cushiony yoga mat. Guests are welcome to bring extra items for comfort, such as water, a pillow, or an extra blanket.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors close promptly at 12:15 PM to protect the quiet atmosphere of the session.
