Energetic Reset is a 75-minute small-group Reiki and biofield experience led by Alex Bravo at Soul Barn. The session combines Reiki with frequency therapy in a calm, supportive environment designed for relaxation and balance.

During the session, participants will experience focused Reiki along with targeted sound and vibrational tones. The experience is designed to provide a peaceful setting where guests can slow down, relax, and reset.

Alex Bravo is a Level Three certified Reiki Master in the lineage of Dr. Usui and has trained in Wellness and Lifestyle Coaching through Harvard Medical School Executive Education.

Soul Barn provides a warm blanket, an organic lavender essential oil-infused eye mask, and an extra-cushioned yoga mat or meditation chair. Guests are welcome to bring water and a journal and pen for notes.

The session takes place in Soul Barn’s open-air loft, so guests should check the weather and dress accordingly. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Doors close promptly at 10:15 AM, and late entry is not permitted once the session begins.
