Chef Gia is rolling in with Gilda — her darling new copper culinary trailer — for a French-inspired pop-up dinner under the lights. Expect everything you love about Gia: organic ingredients, wild-caught seafood, humanely raised meats, and food that feels like comfort + elegance in one bite.
