The Anytime Anywhere Meditation Workshop is a five-week guided meditation series designed to make meditation simple and accessible. This program in Palmetto, Georgia helps participants build a consistent practice in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Led by Kim Ferrari and featuring video teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche, the workshop introduces practical tools that can be used immediately. Each session includes guided meditation, group discussion, and reflection.

Over five weeks, participants strengthen awareness, emotional balance, and focus. Beginners are welcome, and no prior experience is required. The small group setting encourages connection and steady growth.

This meditation series is open to all backgrounds and faith traditions. Because space is limited, early registration is encouraged.
