About the Event:
Discover Your Inner Sage is an intimate, guided workshop focused on self-discovery and healing through mask work and meditation. Participants will explore their inner wisdom through guided meditation, creative expression, journaling, and group reflection.

The experience includes creating a personal mask representing the wise, brave, and compassionate self, along with meditation, journaling, and integration practices. Tea and light snacks will be provided.
