Fundraiser for (NEW!) The Empathy Farm
Tuesday, December 2 • 5:00–8:00 PM
Radical Dough Patio & Mado Forest Playground
11105 Serenbe Ln, Suite 100, Palmetto, GA

Join us for a cozy Tuesday night celebration under the lights — sourdough pizza, bonfires, festive drinks (hot chocolate for the kids!), raffle prizes, and a full night of live holiday + live music from “Paper Lantern Parade” a brand-new Serenbe-grown band.

You’ll hear familiar faces including Jeff Escalante, Rob, Bridget Marie, Nathan Smith, Michael Schonfeld, Adam Hoffman, Marcus Crutcher, and Kim Bracey. Expect funk, pop, indie, and some nostalgic anthems — Green Day, Blink-182, and more. There may even be a Santa hat or two… and yes, we’re all hoping Jeff brings the mohawk back.

Kids attend free with the purchase of an adult ticket.

What You’re Supporting: The Empathy Farm

The Empathy Farm is a brand-new project rooted in Chatt Hills, led by head farmer and educator Tristan Hendrix, in partnership with Nicolle Fenstra and Charlene Reis.

Their mission:

To create a neurodivergent-inclusive, farm-based learning and community program with a special focus on autistic youth and young adults (ages 14–25). There is currently no “next step” program locally for autistic teens aging out of school-based support — The Empathy Farm hopes to change that.

The long-term vision is to build a place where neurodivergent young adults can learn, work, contribute, and belong — with meaningful roles, hands-on farming skills, and eventually housing and employment opportunities.

Right now, we are preparing the soil — literally and figuratively.

Funds raised from this event (goal: $10,000) will help purchase starter supplies, tools, and infrastructure to begin programming in early 2026.

If you’re interested in becoming a fiscal sponsor or partner, reach out directly to Nicole: [email protected]
