Written and performed by Lee Osorio, this one-act play follows a writer returning home to Lumpkin, Georgia, where one of the nation’s largest immigration detention centers has deeply shaped the town.
Prisontown Performance Palmetto explores immigration, poverty, prison systems, and community resilience through storytelling and performance. Guests are invited to arrive early for light refreshments before the show.
