Loi Laing is a textile artist offering art classes and workshops in Serenbe and the surrounding area, centered on natural dyeing, textiles, and slow, hands-on creative practice.
Based in Newnan, Loi is an interdisciplinary visual artist working with natural dyes, earth pigments, botanical inks, cloth, and handmade paper. Her work transforms plant and land-based materials into quiet, tactile pieces that explore memory, place, and connection to the natural world.
Her approach is informed by a 28-year Buddhist meditation practice, shaping her focus on attention, and working with natural rhythms.
Loi is also a Teaching Artist and Museum Educator at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, where she facilitates programs for children and adults.
